Our Project

As is often the case, tragedy was the precipitating event leading to the incorporation of ILA in 2004. Saving the life of a friend with terminal cancer became Richard Joseph Chapin’s personal mission, drawing him into an intense exploration of full-spectrum light therapy. Chapin has continued directing ILA’s activities to develop new light application theories and brings current light therapy investigations to heightened levels of inquiry.
